Nik off to a good start<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

#1\u00c2\u00a0 Membrillos- (2-0)\u00c2\u00a0 Brees, AP, Wayne, Vikes Def and 7 guys on rookie contracts.\u00c2\u00a0 Nik took the skin for week 2 and has the roster makeup of someone who will be at the top for a long while.<\/p>\n

#2 Sqyline Qonies – (2-0)\u00c2\u00a0 Rotting on the fantasy bench last year behind the now retired Kurt Warner, Jay Cutler’s risen to the level of elite QB with Mike Martz waving his magic coordinating wand.\u00c2\u00a0 Combined with the meteoric rise of Arian Foster, Qonies have gone from competitive to amongst the league favorites.<\/p>\n

#3 Polaq (1-1) Posting 2 weeks north of 80 points has Ed’s team leading the league in scoring.\u00c2\u00a0 Carson Palmer’s dynamic duo may return him to fantasy Pro-Bowl status and Matt Forte is playing the role of Marshall Faulk in the Mike Martz reinvention of the Bears offense.\u00c2\u00a0 Ed has $6 of cap room and still has Donnie Avery and Antonio Bryant on his active roster……genius or just lucky so far?<\/p>\n

4) Deep Fried Turduckins (1-1)\u00c2\u00a0 Just over 1 point away from being 2-0, the defending Super Quince Champion is depending mightily upon the Peyton Manning to Dallas Clark connection.\u00c2\u00a0 Super stud Andre Johnson is another line up regular but Will has a lot of RB’s who split time. Perhaps an injury or two can benefit him and Demaryius Thomas waits in the wings.<\/p>\n

5) Quahogs (1-1)\u00c2\u00a0 Brian has a solid line up headlined by Philip Rivers but otherwise lacks a top 10 RB or receiver.\u00c2\u00a0 Packers defense looks to be a regular scoring machine but bye weeks may make this thinly stocked bench a weakness to be exploited.<\/p>\n

6) Sooms Squad (1-1)\u00c2\u00a0 Top talent at RB with both CJ and Pierre Thomas (backed up by Felix, Beanie and Jerome Harrison) AND WR Greg Jennings…..Reuven can get away with relying on McNabb, Orton and Matthew Stafford.\u00c2\u00a0 Will Steve Smith continue to be valuable with Claussen and Moore handing the ball off all day? With Vincent Jackson and BOTH Mike Williams on his bench biding their time it may not matter.\u00c2\u00a0 Look for Sooms near the top at years end.<\/p>\n

7) Pigskin Pimps (1-1)\u00c2\u00a0 Dan has Tom Brady.\u00c2\u00a0 Unfortunately his receivers must have been in the back of that minivan. Will Hightower and Mendenhall be enough help to get 65+ every week?\u00c2\u00a0 No.\u00c2\u00a0 Will Pimps be an easy target every week? No.<\/p>\n

8) Mad Bombers (1-1)\u00c2\u00a0 John traded Witten and his 1st round rookie draft pick in 2011 for Larry Fitzgerald to replace the crushing loss of Ryan Grant.\u00c2\u00a0 While his RB’s suck John picked up Michael Vick for a spot start against Detroit…..or so he thought.\u00c2\u00a0 A $6 bid on Mark Clayton seemed high but cutting Grant gave him some freedom.\u00c2\u00a0 John’s taking lemons……this may not turn out too bad.<\/p>\n

9) Bing Dynasty (0-2) We’re ranking a winless Josh ahead of 2 teams that are 1-1 because any given week he can bench 2 players any other team would want to have starting and be making the sensible decision.\u00c2\u00a0 Facing Qonies in week 3\u00c2\u00a0 doesn’t make things easier but Rodgers, MJD, Rice, Benson, Welker, Colston, Gates, Nicks…….seriously, 0-2 near the bottom in scoring? It can’t last.<\/p>\n

10) Fantasy Enemy (1-1) Gore, McFadden and Turner need only a little help to be winners in a QFL lineup.\u00c2\u00a0 Joe Flacco better hope teams don’t copy the Bengals defensive scheme or Tarek won’t get that help.\u00c2\u00a0 Receiving corps is well below average with no stand outs to date.\u00c2\u00a0 Tarek should be happy to face Turds in week 7 on the Colts bye week.<\/p>\n

11)\u00c2\u00a0 Catch42 (1-1) Brandon has the lowest point total through week 2.\u00c2\u00a0 But we all believe he’s learned his lesson and won’t bench Jahvid Best anymore.\u00c2\u00a0 At all.\u00c2\u00a0 Ever. With Romo and Ahmad Bradshaw sure to wake up and vets like Ocho, Bowe, Santonio Holmes and Addai this doesn’t really look like a bottom dweller over the long haul.<\/p>\n

12) NOJOQ (0-2) It’s always fun to get on the new guy.\u00c2\u00a0 Rob definitely doesn’t have the worst roster in fact it’s pretty deep.\u00c2\u00a0 Roddy White, Calvin Johnson, & Vernon Davis will combine with top rookies Ryan Matthews, Dez Bryant and Dexter McCluster\u00c2\u00a0 to make this team high scoring by midseason.\u00c2\u00a0 Rob remains active in trades and in FA.\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps he started off 0-2 on principle alone for trading away Arian Foster preseason.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
