To recap, the tie breaker for the four 7-6 teams were as follows:<\/p>\n
-Quickly takes the three way tie in the south with his best divisional record
\n-The remaining tie between Qtopia and Russians is taken by Russians via best total points
\n-With the south teams seeded, Cox is seeded by comparing first to the highest seeded south team, Quickly.
\n-Cox holds the H2H victory over Quickly, so Cox is seeded ahead.<\/p>\n
The tie breaker, and thereby the division champ, between Raging and Smoot is taken by Smoot via H2H record.<\/p>\n
In the loser bracket, Qutane takes the tie breaker over Raging via higher total points.<\/p>\n
Key observations:
\n– A one point win by K-Rich in week one vs. Raging was the key for Smoot taking the division and #3 seed. Without that win, Dan takes the division. Side note: How sad is that west division? Every team ends with a losing record…
\n– All Nick had to do was win last week to take that all important first round bye, but the loss dropped him from the 2 to 6 seed. Nonetheless, for a team that was 1-4 after week 5…
\n– Poor Commish. Qutane puts up the 3rd highest points in the whole league, but winds up with a losing record. Qutane was 6-3 after week 9 and in a fairly comanding position, but would go on to lose the next 4 weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
