Not two minutes after posting<\/a> that momentum behind QFL Deuce forming a playoff pool had died, “Pope” Paul II himself took up the torch in an email to his League.<\/p>\n

Hey guys,<\/p>\n

I know we have never done it, but Dan and Rob have both asked if there is interest in doing a QFL2 playoff pool under the same rules the original QFL plays under.\u00c2\u00a0 QFL has prize money built into their inflated entry fee. We do not.<\/p>\n

I have been assuming that we were playing under all the same financial guidelines as last year.\u00c2\u00a0 If any votes were held about entry fees or anything else financial in NY at the draft please let me know ASAP.\u00c2\u00a0 Rob told me that Reuven thought we were playing for the same league entry fee as QFL1 this year.\u00c2\u00a0 That would be a change I was unaware of…..not opposed to, but unaware of.<\/p>\n

So……………..who wants to play playoff football?\u00c2\u00a0 I’d love to.\u00c2\u00a0 Rob says he is in and Dan seems on board as well.\u00c2\u00a0 Since we don’t have the entry fee built in already we could just agree to a side bet for all that want to play and we could look towards mandating participation for next year.<\/p>\n

I propose a $25\/player entry fee.\u00c2\u00a0 With a payout to one in four players…..only 4 or less would be winner take all, 5-8 pays top 2 (70%\u00c2\u00a0& 30%)\u00c2\u00a0and 9-12 pays top 3 (60%, 25%, 15%).\u00c2\u00a0 Please respond as soon as you can to maximize the fun.<\/p>\n
