Tie-breakers<\/strong><br \/>\nSECTION 1 STANDINGS TIE-BREAKERS<br \/>\nArticle 1 Tie breakers for standings are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winning Percentage<\/li>\n<li>Head To Head<\/li>\n<li>Division Record [applies to in-division teams only]<\/li>\n<li>Total Points<\/li>\n<li>Highest Weekly Total<\/li>\n<li>Coin Flip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Article 3 If the tie involves 3 or more teams, the following procedure is followed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the highest-ranked team in each division<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seed the highest-ranked team from i)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Repeat until all ties are broken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note a) For example&#8211; in a 4-way tie a team can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be seeded higher than any team that finished higher in the same division. However, if all other division teams have been seeded during tiebreaking, a team may become the highest-ranked team remaining in its division and compared to the other remaining teams.<\/p>\n<p>Note b) Reference material may be consulted at \u00e2\u20ac\u0153http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/news\/981202ties.html.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>What does &#8220;seed the highest-ranked team from i)&#8221; supposed to mean?
