Introducing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crunchgear.com\/2010\/05\/04\/videos-super-mobile-rescue-robot-quince\/\" target=\"_blank\">Quince the Rescue Robot<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This is one of the coolest rescue robots I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve ever seen. Meet Quince, jointly developed by Japan\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s International Rescue System Institute, Tohoku University and the Chiba Institute Of Technology. The eight-wheeled robot may not look like much, but it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually very impressive when you see it in action.<\/p>\n<p>Quince is supposed to help humans during \u00e2\u20ac\u0153CBRN\u00e2\u20ac\u009d-type emergencies (it can be used in the case of chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear disasters).
