Set your line ups<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Send the money to me via Paypal<\/p>\n<p>payment scheme &#8211; please contact the commissioner to indicate which option you will be choosing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Pay $400 by 10\/3  (must be received and you must receive a confirmation email from me indicating I received it)<br \/>\n2) Pay $200 by 10\/3 and pay additional $225 before superbowl sunday.  (extra $25 goes into skins pot)<br \/>\n3)  Pay 0 now and pay $475 by superbowl sunday.  (extra $50 goes into skins pot)<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are posting this on QSN, please make the following clear: <\/strong><br \/>\n1. Failure to receive reminders will not be an excuse for non-payment. Please pay on time.<br \/>\n2. Failure to pay under options 1-3 by Superbowl Sunday will result in a weekly fine equaling 5% of your balance<br \/>\n3.
