Probably never, I didn&#8217;t look into it, but it does seem mind bottling that 6 rookies selected in the second round of the rookie draft in 2016 were kept in 2017. Shows having second rd picks isn&#8217;t just for targeting transition players. End of story on importance of second rounders. We should add a third round.
