Not only is he well on his way to scheduling his League&#8217;s Fourth Annual Auction and Rookie Draft (which will be held online again &#8211; probably August 22nd), but he also found a promising new owner to take over <a href=\"http:\/\/qballers.com\/blog\/2010\/06\/23\/qfl3-team-available\/\" target=\"_blank\">BriaBla<\/a>. He is an attorney, of course &#8211; who else would actually ready 100 pages of rules -who is friends with Chase, Doug and Rishi (nobody&#8217;s perfect). The prospect has been made aware of the rule summary and been advised to get moving on trade talks.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, discussions around increasing dues to $150 continue. As does the idea of making an exception to pick up kickers after the free agency deadline. This despite the fact the NFL adheres to a similar rule and the likelihood of two kickers going down during this period again is extremely small. Yet the idea is being pushed by a prominent partner at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kirkland.com\/sitecontent.cfm?contentID=220&amp;itemID=9370\" target=\"_blank\">_irkland &amp; _llis<\/a>, so people are listening.
