The last vote was cast 30 minutes before the deadline last night\u00c2\u00a0(Duggan’s of course). The results? Everything passed. Every proposal, but the more aggressive ppr points scoring rule version, obtained the minimum 8 votes required for passage.<\/p>\n

  1. No trading players after they have already played<\/li>\n
  2. Move free agency\/waiver deadline to start of week 16<\/li>\n
  3. Reduce defense yards against scoring by 50%<\/li>\n
  4. Ditch tiered ppr\/pprush\u00c2\u00a0in favor of\u00c2\u00a0fractional point per rush\/recept system<\/li>\n
