With the loss of QFL4, the 2010 SuperQuince Fund’s first place payout has been reduced to $600, from last season’s $750.

Ironically, Deep Fried Turduckins (Will) – the 3rd ever SuperQuince Champion – won the $750 last year, but has only been paid $600.

QFL4 defaulted on their $150 contribution to the 2009 Fund.

Will has been cool about it, but he shouldn’t have to wait for delayed payment or face possible outright default. There should be a rule in place to ensure timely payout to all winners with priority to the SuperQuince.

Part of the problem is that each QFL League has their own collection and payout process. Only the first QFL is using LeagueSafe (half funded $2,400), QFL2 is using the honor system and General Radeck is waiting for 4 teams to contribute to his ponzi paypal account, which he is hopefully using to buy DXD and then sells it later this week.

Should the QFL Constitution contain a payment collection and payout process?
