Commissioner of QFL3 Radeck issued a clarification regarding Randy Moss’s availability in free agency tonight.

Due to a mistake I had to retroactively remove Randy Moss from ROTC’s roster effective week 14. Therefore he is now available to the highest bidder. If you want to place a claim for him email me the price before midnight tonight. ROTC can also claim him because he has allowed a week to go by before making his claim but I could be wrong. I am not going to be in front of a computer till late tonight so if I am wrong let me know. I will also set the final week tonight, remember everybody is still playing for draft pick positioning even if you are not playing for money so set your roster. Good luck.
