The QFL Masters League auction was supposed to be simple: everyone shows up September 7, spends fake money irresponsibly, and goes home happy.
Then Rishi joined back up.
At the last minute, he sent this devastating message:
“Hi all. I know I just joined up again. So sorry about this. 9/7 may not work due to an event I have to attend. I will look for someone to draft for me. I won’t have a lot of money so the task won’t be arduous

An “event I have to attend.”
That’s it. That’s the explanation.
After apparently committing to the league, Rishi has now informed everyone that the auction date may not work because something else has come up.
And don’t worry, guys—he’ll just find someone else to draft for him. Problem solved!
