The NFL’s collective bargaining agreement expires in less than a year (March 2011) and it appears more an more likely that there will be a lockout. If this happens, and after we all finish crying like a two year old girl who wants to put on those shoes not those shoes, what will happen to our QFL teams? The question has been posed to QSN a number of times over the last few weeks. The intent of this post is to gather team owner sentiment in the comment area. My immediate, gut-reaction thinking was to just freeze everything the way it is until the strike is over. That means rookie draft order would stay as determined by the 2010 season finish and all player contracts would advance one year (even if 2012 is the next season). But, this being the QFL, maybe there is another more overly complicated way to handle this situation, if it comes to pass. Lets hear it.
