JC is pissed about his pending approval League status
It took about two weeks, but it appears that a new owner for the Deuce franchise, Quahogs, has been found.

The dude name is “JC”, works for the Yankees and it’s thought will side with the Chuck Yager voting block which currently controls a 1/4 of QFL2.

This is all still pending League approval, of course.

But since I’m such a nice guy here’s what I think JC should do with his team if he gets it.

Keeper recommendations for JC:

– Keep two QBs. Even though you can only start one.

– Transition Frank Gore, but don’t match any offers over $20. He is not otherwise worth $24 Q3 contract. This move does force you to have to drop Owen Daniels because Green Bay D is also transition tagged. But take the chance.

– Dont screw up the #4 pick. Start studying rookies now. Take the most elite talent regardless of position needs. Your team needs a youth movement. Palmer, Gore, Roddy White are productive still but getting up there in age. Weight rookie picks higher than normal in trades. Take advantage of the “QFL Europe” rule.

– It’s fine to only keep seven guys. Save the cap space unless a Moreno miracle happens and he beats out Montee Ball. Fred Jackson at $15 is not worth reaching on. My recommendations would give you $24 to spend on 7 players (for a 16 man active roster). That’s pretty good, you won’t get pushed around at the Auction with that kind of war chest.

  1. Since when does the overall #4 Rookie pick get a salary of only $1? Way to help out the new guy.
