QFL teams are able to carry as many players as they want, as long as they stay under the $100 salary cap, up until the start of week 5.
This season the cut-to-18 (min 16) deadline is Thursday, October 8th by 8:24pm ET.
All rosters must be compliant with Rule 23 Section 1 Article 2 as well as all applicable position minimums at that time. Note that the current iteration of the Constitution erroneously states the deadline is 11:59pm ET Thursday.
This is also the deadline for designating QFL Europe players (with salaries of $1 or $2) as optional keepers for next year. Remember that the two practice squad players do not count against the $100 cap but up to 2 IR players do count against the cap (no salary limitation).
The trade deadline is prior to the week 12 Thursday game.
It has been years since there was a free agency deadline. Don’t ask if there is one or you’ll look really stupid.
