It’s an early redlined version and it hasn’t been “officially” adopted yet, but the QFL’s Commissioner “Pope” Paul released an updated version of the QFL Constitution in an email to QFL1 league members today! It is not clear who made the revisions, but they were badly needed. The last time it was updated was 4 or 5 years ago. Last season QFL4 relied on it to incorrectly seed their playoffs, which led to that leagues dramatic collapse.

From Pope Paul.

We will only have one vote at the auction and that is to adopt the revised Constitution, which is attached to this message. Version 3.2 incorporates 27 rule changes, comp comm interpretations and EXOs, including the most recent votes. Moreover, because the new rule changes presented some technical issues, I have issued two EXOs as technical amendments. You can review the EXOs at the end of this message or within the draft Constitution 3.2.

New EXOs:
First, in order to keep prorated scoring the same as the previous rule, the software will award a .01 bonus point at 1, 4, 7, 10, 13… receptions. If we don’t make this technical amendment, points would round down to 3.97, 6.94, 9.91 etc.
Second, now that trades are allowed after a Thursday or Saturday game has been played, the 24 hour rule needs a technical amendment to clarify that a team must have their roster compliant once any player in its starting lineup is involved in live game action or before kickoff of the first series of Sunday games (1 p.m.).
